To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls. If any portion of this statement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.

Definitions

Account means a unique account created to access our service or parts of our service.
Application means the software program named CatHunter and provided by the company downloaded by you on any electronic device.

Information We Collect
User Content: Users can upload photos and videos of both domestic and stray cats. This content may also include information about the cats such as names, gender, age, breed, coloration, vaccination status, whether the cat is a pet or stray, and ownership details.
Personal Data: We may collect and store your email, username, age, first and last name, geographical coordinates, address, phone number, card details, password, and links to your social media profiles.
Usage Data: Metrics about how you use our platform. Usage data is collected automatically when using the service.
Usage data may include information such as your device's Internet protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our service or when you access the service by or through a mobile device.
Location Data: Users must provide us with geographical location data.
Information We Collect From Other Sources. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our services. Object and Scene Type Recognition Technology
We use image recognition algorithms to find visually similar images as well as to help you organize your photos. This technology might identify and tag scenes, actions, objects.
Protection of Personal Information
We employ robust security measures against unauthorized access or alterations.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement: We commit to revealing user information upon lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Please note, that when users are deleted, information about cats, including pet cats, is not deleted. If a user needs to delete information about their pet cat, they can write to CatHunter at the contacts listed in this Privacy Policy.

Due to the app's nature, users are advised to exercise caution when sharing their pet's address. CatHunter is not responsible for any risks arising from the misuse of user information available in the app.
The security of your personal data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes to this Policy
